She takes the time to find out why you are there, whether it's for relaxation or as an antidote to overtraining (in my case a very silly 100km walk for charity). She adjusts her approach as needed, and is careful to use as much or as little pressure as you like. She finds niggles I didn't know I had and then makes them vanish. I started going to ease the aches and pains from the walk, and now I go because it's just blissful. I always relax as I start walking up the stairs to the room!
